Positioned at the back of the complex, you get privacy and plenty of light as you're on the top floor. The challenge being the stairs. It's still a good unit as it's located a short 15 min walk to Bronte beach and the cafes, and get's plenty of light as it's north facing.. although I found the layout a bit challenging as the kitchen is tucked away in the corner and then wraps around into the hallway which flows into the bathroom and bedrooms.. and the second bedroom is small (and made smaller by the cupboards that are in there). It has got a garage and an extra car space plus a balcony so it ticks a lot of boxes.
