First Impression
This one has a few compromises on paper but I actually think it could represent incredible value buying in Brighton. Quiet cul de sac position, proper architectural feel and a floorplan that really suits modern family living without the maintenance headache of a huge block.
Yes the land is tighter and parts of the fit out feel slightly from another era, but the bones, light and overall feel of the home are seriously strong. I can absolutely see this being one buyers walk out of thinking “that’s the best value we’ve seen all year”.
