A unique proposition that will require a specific buyer to find it. The home has a great feel inside particularly on the ground level with the direct access and openness to the golf course (sitting near the tee box to the short 13th hole). May suit a retiree still wanting some space but with limited access to transport, the buyer needs to be mobile. Realistically the best pocket of Brighton East but a subdivided block of sorts and at $5.5K-$6k per sqm will be a challenge.
