First Impression
Certainly an appealing option due its great accommodation, quality (be it dated) finish and great unobrustated view of popular Fleming Park. The floorplan flows well and with more and more large families moving to the area the interest should be there from a myriad of demographics, with Park across the road some will compromise on the lack of land. With the recent development at the old Tontine site, there are now some shops and cafes but it is still removed from the dominating Lygon and Sydney rds. Recent sales at 38 Maghull $2,670,000 and 27 Barkly St $2,780,000 support the quote range but will the market?
