First Impression
One of the few undeveloped sites on the street. The transformation into a traditional four bedroom two bathroom with an open plan kitchen/living/meal area draws my attention. There is little left to be done appealing to those with younger families. My only concern is the position of the dwelling resulting in a tight backyard and the orientation of the dwelling.
