First Impression
Very pretty home thats had a touch up since it last sold 12 months ago. Considering the market cooled early this year and the work undertaken i'm struggling to see value in the quote range. A good comp is 86 Halifax St, bigger land with pool on a slightly inferior street sold less than a month ago close to bottom of this quote range. This will be a good test of the $3m Brighton family home market, is it bouncing as quickly as other areas? Overall the owners choice of updates are great!
