There's not much to dislike about this property and I'm having to be very picky to find many faults. The proximity to the beach and shops is first class and having half an acre that close is gold. The house is a little bit dated but livable and could be improved with some cosmetic works. The driveway is long and could be frustrating but it does give added privacy from the main rd. The house is tucked into the back corner along the fence line which could have some noise implications from neighbours. You're getting a tennis court and swimming pool with a decent house on a reasonable land value price.
