A stunning architecturally designed and styled luxury coastal home in a top location close to the village and beach. The design could be a bit polarising but I absolutely love this. Much like my review of 76 Bay Rd the negatives are very picky and hardly a detraction from what is arguably the best property on the local market currently. 76 Bay Rd still sits there unsold. Are there many buyers around at $4M?
