First Impression

The harbour views from this house are breathtaking, once I got over the views I was able to appreciate the other offering this house has. As the house is secluded and tucked away this helps to maintain privacy which is quite comforting. Inside is lacking actual living space and is quite confined, Bed's 2 & 3 are on the smaller side with limited natural light, The deck area is perfect for entertainers. Overall I feel the whole house needs a much needed makeover hence the da approval; and with such beautiful views there is high potential to turn this property into something special given the right renovations
