Queen Victoria Village was completed in 2004 and is known as QV. All you need in one building: shops a central plaza an underground food court a supermarket gym and apartments. This apartment in particular has a north-west facing aspect a positive for natural light. The shape of the floorplan may be a concern for some however it seems spacious for a 3 bedroom apartment in the city. This unit would be suitable for a young family professionals or students. The rate per square meter of $9890 seems in line with the market. I would recommend checking for flammable cladding as it was built after 1997.
