First Impression

Smart looking residence in great location. Expensive build and long process to get through with council so the finished product is valuable. 3 levels on tight land with only a balcony terrace off the living is an issue. Pool and courtyard isn't practical given its seperate from kitchen living. Pricing at $3.2-$3.5 seems high in this climate. Several modern homes of this style selling around $3 mill which is realistic in this climate.
