I am having to be really picky to come up with the negatives on this property because they are trivial at best. It is rare to get a property like this offered for sale and there's loads of potential to renovate extend or dare I say it - rebuild. The land is the key here and the tennis court can be removed (you're only 100m from the tennis club) giving you so much more room to build or add in a pool. You'll need to put in some more money to get this property to maximise its use but well worth it.
