Good quality finish and great design that allows good westerly natural light. Desired floorplan with master downstairs and 2 beds upstairs but the 3rd bedroom is not big. Unfortunately the land is only around 200sqm which limits any further value-add and means parking is of a laneway. Close to Grantham St tram and shops and Brunswick High School. Munro St usually performs well but in the current market will it support the asking price of 12-18 months ago?
