The "silver lining" is that the market still has an appetite. for a finished quality build especially if it is in a desirable location. The property is close to all the great amenities as well as transport and well regarded Primary School. with Nicholson and Lygon St at either end buyers will possibly overlook the properties' flaws to compete for what is a tasteful renovation. As per my previous review of 8 Hamer St. It will be an interesting home to watch to see if it can achieve a high price in Brunswick East.
