First Impression

The floorplan is practical and should suit a broad range of families, with very little left for a buyer to do. The location is another major positive, sitting in a highly regarded pocket close to schools, parks and the Bay Street precinct. My only criticism is that, whilst it's a quality renovation, the landholding is relatively modest for buyers spending at this level and there isn't a huge amount of future upside.
