First Impression
A beautifully renovated Brighton home that strikes a great balance between period charm and modern family living. The front of the home retains plenty of character, while the extension opens into generous, light filled living spaces that connect beautifully with the outdoor entertaining and pool. The floorplan is practical and should suit a broad range of families, with very little left for a buyer to do. The location is another major positive, sitting in a highly regarded pocket close to schools, parks and the Bay Street precinct. My only criticism is that, whilst it's a quality renovation, the landholding is relatively modest for buyers spending at this level and there isn't a huge amount of future upside.
