First Impression

Located at the popular spot this is a great unit with a penthouse feel as you're on top of it all. It's got an amazing outdoor area that isn't on title but you have exclusive use (and no one can access it but you). It's a modern building so it's got a great layout that works and has a great feel as it's got a wrap around balcony so it feels like a penthouse. It's a bit dark as it's south facing but it's worth an inspection.
