First Impression
This one is all about location! Walk to either the Stirling or Crafers Hotels in about 15 minutes and it's a beautiful established street and these are things you can't change! The kitchen and bathrooms are tired but allows the buyer opportunity to add value and make it their own. The main drawback to the existing floorplan are the size of bedrooms 2 & 3 but there's plenty of room to extend or follow in next doors foot steps and create a contemporary home down the track.

Things to consider
- Really a 3 bed + study and two of the bedrooms are very small
- It's had a paint and a spruce for sale but in need of some TLC
- Three lots of internal stairs may be difficult for young families
