Previously bought approaching the peak of the market Oct 2017 for close to $4.8m (bottom of the current quote) with some superficial touch ups seems bullish to be expecting north of $5m. The home may have some interest given low stock levels so I'm keen to see if it commands the premium! Does have the privacy issue on the corner of Male st. (which is also a bus route) and the layout needs work. Has kept some appealing heritage features and its location is excellent. Also worth checking on the revised planning application at 157 Church st. to ensure no compromise to yard.
