A reasonable price offering for what would make a great holiday home for a large family. Plenty of bedrooms and choice of living areas with good zoning. Great flow from the living areas out to the entertainer's decking overlooking the sweeping bay views. Houses on the lower side of the road have the advantage of entry at ground level as this has a number of steps over three levels and can be offputting as with the steep driveway. Aside from those compromises the house is nicely renovated and light-filled and would suit teenage families or holiday home buyers. Not walkable to any beaches or shops is a consideration.
