Jasper Court has some good sized blocks and big homes in a quiet street on the fringe of Mt Martha's golden triangle. I would have liked to have seen a second bathroom upstairs to service the 3 bedrooms instead the children will need to walk downstairs and through the kitchen to get to the small bathroom in comparison to the rest of the rooms in the house. The bedrooms upstairs wouldn't be ideal for very young families but would be fine for primary aged children and above. The kitchen is quite big and the living room flow outside to the pool area is quite good. There's plenty of yard for the kids to play too. It's possible perhaps to convert a bedroom upstairs into a bathroom and turn the downstairs study into a bedroom which could improve livability. You could update the kitchen and bathrooms which would add some value. In the mid 1's with a big house and block with a pool not too far from the beach and school is about right.
