A well-designed floor plan with; a massive primary suite, wide 2 person staircase, well proportioned and placed minor bedrooms, ample living areas, and a bright outdoor area primed to receive the northern sun– it's hard to find a family that this wouldn’t suit!
With all of this home's inclusions, it is fair to say the 562 square metre block seems a little small! For me, I feel often, less can be more. Perhaps a modern family home could do without a mudroom, wine cellar, and central workstation; and in their place, a bit more ‘breathing room’ for living could be found. But given all this home's features, they have certainly delivered.
The outdoor areas are neat and sun-filled, however, this too could be more practical if the ‘do more with less’ concept were considered. Without the terracing perhaps the grassed area could be a bit larger or conversely, the pool gaining some extra water to splash around in.
There is no doubt though, this property ticks all the boxes and will generate a lot of interest for the selling agent to work with. I look forward to seeing how hot the Cott market truly is when the final number is agreed upon for this one!
