This is probably one of the best owner-occupied apartment buildings in Melbourne. Excellent location facing Fitzroy Gardens. The building offers amazing facilities including gym pool and private dining rooms. The apartment is simply stunning as you walk in due to the quality of the finishes they are just superb. Natural light felt like it was a bit of average as the orientation is east/west. The balcony faces the Fitzroy Gardens and has stunning views but the balcony has an apartment next door which is concerning for privacy as they look straight into the apartment. Although the windows of this building are tinted you may still want to have full privacy for an apartment of this price point. There is no doubt the quality of this apartment is above average however it feels it also lacks more internal living space. The apartment does have plenty of storage for a unit of this size and double parking.
