First Impression

An aesthetically beautiful luxury timber home that feels very much on-trend for beachside Mt Martha. Good zoning and bedroom separation, however, I would have preferred a larger master bedroom with bigger robes and ensuite coming off the kitchen end of the home. It makes more sense to have the kids bedrooms adjacent to the rumpus. The flow to outdoor alfresco and pool perfectly captures the northern sunlight. Great land parcel, big price.
