A lovely mid-level home in the prime Beleura Hill precinct albeit without views of the bay. A good sized block slightly irregular however the design of the property works well with the flow to the backyard and alfresco area. It has an old world feel with some cosmetic updates but it feels a little bit mismatched. Easy to fix this though. I love the pool area and decking it feels like a private resort. The pool itself could do with new tiling/coping to bring it back to life. This would be a great home for a teenage family. I imagine it would also do well as a shortstay rental with the number of large bedrooms pool and proximity to beach golf and shops.
