First Impression

Although the property is actually in a desired street and walking distance to all that Thornbury has to offer. The property does offer good accommodation at firs glance of the floorplan, yet it feels small. I would also have some concern over possible large apartment development on High st overlooking and even overshadowing of the property in the future. Considering the concerns even at $1,850,000 seems a bit high priced.
