A nice tranquil location in Noosa Waters, close to all the amenities in the area which continue to evolve. One of Noosa's top private school's within a stones throw, minutes to Noosa River foreshore precinct (riverfront, parks, cafes's, restaurants, shopping) and about a 7 minute drive to Hastings st/Noosa Main Beach.
The house has been tastefully renovated in the last 5-7 years with open plan living and outdoor spaces orientated on the block to take advantage of northerly light. The floorplan flows well, with 2 living areas separated by pocket sliding door an attractive proposition - family/kids and friends can enjoy separate spaces. All bedrooms are appointed with built in robes, and while there is no dedicated office space, the smallest of the four bedrooms could be leveraged nicely for this purpose.
The alfesco/pool flowing directly from indoors and to the N/E is complimented by good garden space at the back of the block. Both are viewable from inside the living area which really does give a sense of space and tranquility. The other positive being no neighbours at the rear with access to bike walking/track within well kept parkland area.
There are compromises which must be considered for almost all properties. For this type of offering at this price point, we don't see too many compromises here. An attractive proposition with broad appeal.
