First Impression
The house itself actually is quite livable and the floorplan is pretty good. If you can get past the look of the facade it would be a great little home for a family with young kids who love a beach lifestyle. There are plans and permits for side by side townhouses by Little Brick Studio who design modern and attractive townhouses with many of these already throughout Mornington. The up and coming precinct is undergoing gentrification of new buildings much like the wider eastern side of Mornington. The only question for me is will the feasibility stack up? 26 View St sold nearly a year ago for 1.7M with a brand new house on it on tiny land - so maybe it will.
