This neat brick character home has had a full renovation throughout. The home is single level with good bedroom positions which will appeal to a broad range of buyers. Some of the bedrooms towards the front of the home may experience some street noise given the level of traffic which flows through the street.
The pool compliments the home well and makes the best use of the north west position for light and warmth. The rest of the outdoor space is limited, particularly if buyers have young children.
Positioned on the corner of Fewster and Edinburgh Street, noise from passing traffic as well as having a bus stop at the corner of Edinburgh Street may pose an issue, however, on the upside commuting out of Hampton from this particular pocket is quite easy.
