An amazing street surrounded by amazing homes. You can't see the home from street level (only the garages) so very private. No expense has been spared in the renovations and you can tell as it's got quality written all over it. All the boxes are ticked that you'd expect (like the 6 bedrooms, the 5.5 bathrooms and 3 car garage, to the swimming pool and tv room) but what's impressive is how it's all laid out as you walk through and discover each area and the main living area in the middle. The kitchen could've been open plan style to the living area, and the main lounge could get a bit dark but it does frame the views really well. There are a lot of stairs so it may not suit older couples or very young families. A beautiful outdoor area set to entertain and enjoy whilst you swim in the pool, although there's not a lot of leftover areas. It's a very impressive home and definitely worthy of an inspection.
Things we love
Wow factor plus
Very private executive style home
Things to consider
A lot of stairs
The views aren't of the opera house or bridge
Maybe the main bedroom should have the views instead of the bathtub
