Facing north at the rear with excellent flow to the alfresco and pool areas, the home was built forward on the block giving good use of the backyard. The property gets a big tick - particularly for teenage families, question mark over the location. Will be interesting to see if there's much appetite at this level in Dickinson Grove. The closest price comparable was back in Feb at 12-14 Somers Ave (over the back fence of this one and across a bit) for $2.5M on double the land size, however, without a pool.
