An amazing location as you're across from the famous walk along the bay and minutes to everything. The layout is challenging as the rooms are all very isolated having said that a few rooms are amazing and have a great feel (especially as they open out to the beautiful garden). The backyard and pool are definitely a highlight (and the cabana that has a bathroom and study) although everything seems in need of an update (especially the position of the kitchen that looks out to the backyard). There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs the two upstairs ones are a great size but the dormant windows are too small (lucky they have an amazing balcony each) although the main lacks an ensuite (sharing a bathroom with the other room). Heaps of potential to make something very special.
