First Impression
This has been on the market for some time now with the owners hoping to achieve well above $3 million. Beautifully built and designed its hard to fault from a quality point of view. However most buyers wanting townhouses around this price point are wanting street frontage and larger garaging and land. At the right price in this market this is a good proposition for a down sizer wanting a lock up and leave thats secure and low maintenance.

Things to consider
- Down a long drive with cars going past to rear units
- No street frontage at this price level is a concern
- Not the best street in Camberwell for access to transport.
