First Impression
A really good entry level opportunity into a blue chip Brighton position. Being freestanding, single level and one of only three gives it far more independence than the typical villa, while the wraparound courtyard and north westerly light are genuine positives. The location is excellent, with Dendy Village, Church Street, schools and the beach all within easy reach. The home itself is where the compromise sits. It's only two bedrooms and one bathroom, and despite fresh paint and carpet, the kitchen, bathroom and overall presentation still feel dated. There is definitely scope to improve it, but for a downsizer or first home buyer prioritising location and privacy, there is plenty to work with.
