There's a lot of land taken up in the driveway and entrance leaving very little yard for kids to play. Given the size of the yard and plunge pool/spa, this would better suit an older family. Price seems about right, but do buyers in this location and price point want more land or a view? It is a shame the block didn't have more rise to it, because views would have topped this off nicely.
