A great home that has a lot of bang for your buck with 4 beds 2 bath 2 car accommodation and great sized living areas and backyard. The sun comes in from the back bi folds into the open plan living areas.. The kitchen is probably in the wrong spot and could be at the other end of the room (leaving the loungeroom to soak in the sun (but this can be easily fixed). The extension upstairs adds a heap of space to this house (they could've made the staircase a bit wider and nicer which could be improved). Upstairs works well although the main bedroom could've been at the back of the house in order to soak in the rays and access to the bathroom from the main would've been a better idea in order to have an ensuite.
