This is a fairly decent size home on a good but irregular shaped block 22 Min walk to North Ryde Train station and close to Macquarie hospital business parks schools etc it represents reasonable value at the agents quoted price of $1.4m. It's clean and you could move in as is without spending a penny but it would definitely benefit from a decent renovation. Local comparable sales include 198 Cressy Rd which sold in May for $1.57m and 55 Magdala Rd North Ryde selling in March for $1.15m.
