Charming period single front Victorian has been recently renovated to a very good standard. The floorplan is simple, but it works. The large folding at the rear bring the spacious decked area and the interior living zone together. However, it inclement weather the interior may feel tight. Not in central Northcote, it requires crossing busy St Georges Road to access High Street shopping and cafes.
