First Impression
The location is the hero here. It's one of Beaumaris' better pockets with easy access to quality schools, the Concourse and the beach, making it a very desirable position for families. The home itself, however, doesn't quite live up to the address. Whilst there is plenty of accommodation, the floorplan feels a little disjointed and lacks the flow you'd hope for in a home of this calibre. Some of the living spaces don't connect particularly well and, overall, it feels like a house that has evolved over time rather than one designed with modern family living in mind. Great location, but I think the home has a few compromises buyers will need to work through.
