This one really is ready to move in and nothing further to do. The views from the living areas are out onto the pool which is a good size and design. It is a bit of a maze to get to the property up a dirt road and tucked away without any views. It is definitely private and quiet and is close to bushland walks and kids can walk to the primary school. It is a bit far from the shops and no transport options for teenage kids. I liked this and would suit a family with older primary aged kids but for the price i'd be wanting bay views.
