I loved the presence of this recently renovated home. Situated on a corner, the outside has been done tastefully which flows throughout the house. Lots of open space and entertaining areas, lots of natural light and the home had a nice flow from level to level. The main en-suite I feel could have been designed to make greater use of the space with the shower head being very low and cramped. However this is a small price to pay for a stunning harbour bridge view from the main bedroom. The rear courtyard has a great North aspect which allows light into the back of the home but it is slightly restricted with a set of stairs that hamper its use. Having a garage in this area really adds to its value as street parking was very limited. Unfortunately, the noise from Short Street was quite loud and detracts from the appeal. I also noticed a right of way shared with the neighbours from the rear that affects your privacy. This home would generate high interest and is ideal for growing families because of the space, location and picturesque views.
