The Martin Street location is a genuine highlight, with cafés, transport, schools and parkland all within walking distance. My only hesitation is that the home still feels like an older-style renovation, and buyers looking for a large open-plan contemporary design may feel it lacks the scale and flow of some newer family homes. As well as the location having the train in close proximity to the backyard. Overall though, it's an ok home with broad appeal in a location that rarely disappoints.
