As an entry-level renovated 3 bedroom house with a big yard and pool this offers good value for young families. The location isn't premium Mornington however it is still beach-side of the highway and has the Dava shops a block away. The beach is close but lots of steps to get down so not great for little ones. The bedrooms are all close which is good for young children and second living zone gives the kids a place to play in peace. The pool is huge and the undercover spa is a great addition too. Large undercover alfresco which flows from the kitchen and meals area you don't really notice that it is facing south.
